Rule 1
All products delivered in physical support at our points of sale are guaranteed for 21 days from the date of purchase. In case of n being able to access its content either in USB or CD they will be replaced in accordance with the client. Digital products will be forwarded if they are not received by the customer.
Rule 2
Returns of any product, whether physical or digital, are not allowed.
